Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days. It will then take between 7 to 15 working days for your item to arrive at your home
In busy periods, it may take up to 6 days before shipping. Our parcels circulate with Royal Mail, we do not work with relay points.

We have products that are coming from storage locations and work with different producers, you may recieve your products in different packages. So don't worry if you don't receive everything at the same time.
Average delivery times are between 7 and 15 working days. It is possible that some packages may take a little longer than that.
However, if you still haven't received your package after 35 working days after ordering, then we will give you a full refund and you can keep the item when you recieve it.
